Processing time is generally 1-3 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on carrier (we use Australia Post)

Please allow additional time for us to process orders containing custom-orders, out of stock/made to order products and during busy seasons, such as school holidays. 

We are a small family business and sometimes we do fall behind a little as family comes first - though we do try to keep customers informed if delays are expected.
